Private Dining
Chef Rosana's private dining is great for intimate, food loving experiences. Dining ranges from 3 to 5 courses especially curated to your event type, cuisine preference, and vision. A private dining experience usually takes place at your home, estate rental, or corporate space with an open kitchen. During private dining guests get the opportunity to interact with Chef Rosana & her team. From your kitchen to the table.
Grazing Tables
Chef Rosana has been designing & creating grazing tables since she first started her business 17 years ago, long before cheese & charcuterie became a social media sensation. She will be the first one to tell you she has never built a grazing table identical to another! Always creative, delicious, beautiful and bountiful, grazing tables are the ultimate entertaining social experience. Tables range from 2 feet boards to 36 feet of table space. But there is no limit to the size or experience of an incredible grazing table by Chef Rosana.

This process begins with an in-person or virtual meeting to review your goals and expectations.
